Liability when terminating an employment contract

The notice period in Aruba in accordance with the law is at least the period between two salaries. However, both an employer and an employee can terminate the employment contract without a notice period or the correct notice period. Depending on the duration of the employment a different notice period may be applicable. It is important to terminate the employment contract with the correct notice period.
